Pneumatic actuator diaphragm valve is a type of flow control device that uses an actuator to manipulate a diaphragm, consequently controlling the flow of fluid through the valve. Structure and Mechanism

The PFA Lined Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve model consists of several essential components:

1. Body: The valve body is available in different materials such as WCB, SS316, and SS316L. It houses the diaphragm and the fluid path.
2. Diaphragm: Made from EPDM or EPDM+PTFE material, the diaphragm is responsible for separating the fluid from the actuator. This separation ensures that the fluid is isolated and free from contamination.
3. Pneumatic Actuator: This component uses compressed air to operate the valve. The actuator can be double acting for bidirectional control or single acting for unidirectional control (either normally closed or normally open).
4. Accessories: Solenoid valve, limit switch box, filter, E/P positioner, and handwheel are essential for regulating and monitoring the valve’s performance.
5. End Connections: ASME B16.34 class 150, ASME B16.34 class 300, DIN PN16, DIN PN20, JIS 10K, and JIS 20K are available end connections, ensuring compatibility with different pipeline specifications.

The valve operates by receiving a pneumatic signal from the actuator, which causes the diaphragm to move either up or down, thus opening or closing the valve.
