FAQ
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For the standard Ball Valves BTV we have no specific MOQ, sample orders are welcome. For the Custom and OEM valves, we accept small trial order, around 10-20 pieces are acceptable.
Can you provide a price list?
We can provide a competitive quote including factory-direct pricing. Please provide the following specifications for quote: Material, Size, Pressure Rating, Fitting Type and quantity required. We provide quotes within 2 hours during business days.
What is your typical lead time?
Shipment in 3-5 days for stocked items. Shipment for standard production in 15-25 days. Shipment for custom orders (special alloy, non-standard sizes) in 25-35 days or longer depending on complexity.
